Nearly two decades ago, when Gaylynn Beuthien began taking yoga classes, she discovered the blissful path she had been searching for towards inner-self, source, spirituality and wellbeing. Initially studying Kripalu style yoga with Pam Sands and then Amrit Yogi Desai, she continues perusing a wide variety of styles, workshops, offerings and related readings. In the summer of 2018, Gaylynn received her 200-hour yoga and wellness teaching certification from Breathe for Change in Seattle. She believes yoga is for every age and body, while encouraging her students to find their own individual comfort zone and edge to meditatively connect body, mind and spirit both on and off the mat.
